We collect information directly from you when you create an account, download or use our App, request customer support, or otherwise communicate with us. The categories of information we collect include:

• Communication Information: we collect information included in your communications with us or information input into the Services or App.

We engage others to provide analytics services, serve advertisements, and perform related services. These entities may use cookies, web beacons, device identifiers, and other technologies to collect information about your use of our Website, App, and your activities across the web and in third-party mobile applications, including your IP address, web browser and mobile network information, pages viewed, time spent on pages, features used, and links clicked. This information is used to deliver advertising targeted to your interests on the Website, App, and on other companies' sites, mobile apps, or platforms, and to analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, and better understand your activity.

• Corporate Transactions: we reserve the right to disclose information in connection with, or during negotiations of certain corporate transactions, including the merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company.
• Affiliates: we reserve the right to disclose information between and among Deep AI and any current or future parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and other companies under common control and ownership.
• Other Third Parties: we may enter into agreements to license certain information to third parties for their own business and commercial purposes, including training artificial intelligence models.
• Consent: we may disclose information when we have your consent or you direct us to do so.

We may also disclose de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

Deep AI is headquartered in the United States and we have operations and vendors in the United States and other countries. Therefore, we and those that perform work for us may transfer your information to, or store or access it in, jurisdictions that may not provide levels of data protection that are equivalent to those of your home jurisdiction.

RESIDENTS OF CERTAIN US STATES

Privacy laws in certain states like California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Iowa, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia ("State Privacy Laws") require additional disclosures and grant their residents certain rights. We do not collect information deemed "sensitive" under State Privacy laws and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.

Access, Correction, and Deletion

Depending on where you live and subject to certain limitations, you have the right to (1) request to know more about and access your personal information, including in a portable format, (2) request deletion of your personal information, (3) request correction of inaccurate personal information, and (4) request information about the third parties to whom we disclosed your personal information.

We may verify your request by asking you to verify your email address and/or provide information related to your recent interactions with us. If we deny your request, you may appeal by contacting us as described in the "Contact Us" section below.

Opt Out of Sales, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

As described in the "Targeted Advertising and Analytics" section above, we process personal information to serve you advertisements on non-DeepAI properties, expand the reach and effectiveness of our own marketing campaigns, and allow certain third parties to use this information for their own marketing purposes. These activities may result in us selling or sharing Identifiers, Internet Activity Information, and Derived Information with our Advertising Partners (including social media platforms) so our Advertising Partners can show ads that are targeted to your interests on other platforms. These activities may be considered targeted advertising under State Privacy Laws. We do not knowingly "sell" or "share" personal information about consumers younger than 16.

You have the right to opt out of sharing, sales, and targeted advertising by following the prompts behind the Your Privacy Choices link in the footer of our website. Your opt-out choice will be linked to your browser only; therefore, you will need to renew your opt-out choice if you visit our website from a new device or browser, or if you clear your browser's cookies.

You can also opt out by visiting our Website with a legally-recognized universal choice signal enabled (such as the Global Privacy Control). Please do not provide any sensitive personal information in connection with this request, such as a driver's license or other government-issued ID.
