Jorge Luiz Figueira da Silva Junior
Jorge Luiz Figueira is a Computer Science student at the Federal University of Western Pará (UFOPA), Brazil. <font color="#555555">Since 2018 he has worked on projects with the Computational Intelligence research line. More specifically, it works with methods of acquisition and extraction, pre-processing, classification and text mining; Topic Modeling, Sentiment Analysis of data from social media, extracting patterns, and knowledge. Participated in two research internship programs, the first with an emphasis on Text Mining conducted over three weeks at the Software Engineering Innovation Laboratory at the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul under the supervision of Dr. Rafael Rossi. The second, held at the Social CRM Research Center (SCRC) linked to the University of Leipzig, Germany, lasting three months, the work focused on the development of methods of extracting and analyzing data from social media, supporting Digital Marketing activities, and additionally, conducting Technology Transfer. </font>As a promising researcher, he won first place in the award for the best paper at the 16th National Meeting on Artificial and Computational Intelligence (Salvador, Brazil). <font color="#555555"> He is interested in working on Business Intelligence, Digital Marketing, and Industry 4.0 projects.</font>
