As a doctoral researcher, I was helping personal trainers to be more efficient in their job using Algorithmic Fairness, Recommender Systems, and User Modeling.

Before starting the Ph.D., I was Data Scientist at theShukran (Italy). 

Earlier, I have held Scrum Master and Software Engineering positions at different companies in Morocco and Italy.
